Super-Producer Danja, who has worked along side Timbaland for many years, now has a new imprint ‘New Age Rock Stars’ (N.A.R.S) through which he will be launching his first artist Kevin ‘KC’ Cossom.

KC is a 24 year old Orlando native, whose undeniable vocal talents caught the ear of Multi-Grammy award winning Producer Nate ‘Danja’ Hills while penning hooks for such notables as Rick Ross, R. Kelly and Young Jeezy. His good looks and distinguished voice have already made him a recognizable force within the industry.  KC is 2009’s ‘One to watch’.

After watching this live performance of Red Cafe at Akon's MySpace Music 'Freedom' Album Release Party in NYC, i am now a fan.  On stage were Busta Rhymes, Akon, Spliff Star & DJ Envy, this is pure fire!  Akon likes to jump around!!!!

This is in no particular order and the heads have been chopped off as the process is automated, but here are todays leading 20 Models for Miss Hip Hop Beauty UK.  Quite a few new faces in the leading pack i guess the word is finally getting out there as yesterday saw the most votes cast so far.  Also worth a mention is that there's a close chasing pack of 30 which are all within a few votes of the Top 20.

Last night at China Club in New York, MySpace Music & AT&T put an exclusive Akon showcase for the release of his "Freedom" Album.  Cameos included Busta Rhymes, DJ Khaled, Tony Yayo, Spliff Star, Kardinal Offishall, Steve Rifkind & Sylvia Rhone.  Here's the footage..................

In no particular order here are the leading 20 models.  Again apologies for the heads being chopped off but the process is automated and we could do it manually but we're too busy trying to sort out the opportunities for the winner.

You may have noticed some new registrations on the main Miss Hip Hop wall, incase you're wondering these girls did not start with a zero vote count, instead to make it fair they started with the same number of votes as the lowest model(which was 100, yes there's been alot of voting!!!).

The reason we kept registration open for an extra three days was that we wanted to be sure that we had the best possible line up of candidates for this competition, its a very big deal, as we've taken plenty of British rappers over to the USA  but this will be the first model, so we need the best!

Also please comment, be great to get some feedback about the format, what you like, what you don't like, etc.
